Credit purchases on the Web Sitesi Fiyati platform are processed through Stripe secure payment infrastructure. You may request a refund under the following conditions.

• No refund is provided for the current billing period.
• Your remaining credits will remain available after cancellation.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests exceeding the 14-day period
